摘要
以非病区粮对照、克山病病区粮及其添加豆油(60g豆油/kg饲料)饲料喂养大鼠70天,测定血浆中磷酸肌酸激酶、α──羟丁酸脱氢酶的含量。结果显示,饲料中添加富含多不饱和脂肪酸的豆油,可使大鼠血浆中这两种酶的含量显著增加(P<0.01)。说明,多不饱和脂肪酸长期负荷,能够降低实验动物体内的抗氧化能力。
Rats were fed on Keshan disease endemic or nonendemic grains for 70 days. The re-sults of creatine kinase(CK)and α── hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH)detected in plasmashowcd:when soybean oil(sufficient with polyunsaturates fatty acids,PUFAs)was added to either en-demic or nonendemic cereals(60 g soybean oil/Kg cereals),CK and α─HBDH of plasma increased(P<0.01).These results proved that PUFAs long─term overload could decrease the antioxidant abilityof rats fed on cereals from Keshan disease endemic areas.
