摘要
西洋参茎叶皂甙单体Ｐ─Ｆ１１１０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１ｉｖ，可使麻醉大鼠ＢＰ、ＬＶＳＰ及±ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ等明显增加，侧脑定注射Ｐ─Ｆ１１１００μｇ亦可使血压升高，将其微量注入下丘脑后核１０μｇ亦可便血压升高，与等容量生理盐水组比较有显著性，结果初步表明Ｐ─Ｆ１１对心血管系统具有外周和中枢作用。
The pseudogisnoside F11(10 mg mL-1 )extracted
from the panax quinquefoliumsaponin(PQS) increased Bp,LVSP and±dp/dtmax,of anesthetized
rats significantly. When p-F11was injected into lateral ventricle and posterior hypothalamic
nucleus,it elevated blood pressure of ratssignificantly in comparison with that of saline control
group.These results indicated that p-F11 hadeffect on both cardiovascular center perphery.
