摘要
西洋参茎叶皂甙单体P─F1110mg·kg-1iv,可使麻醉大鼠BP、LVSP及±dp/dtmax等明显增加,侧脑定注射P─F11100μg亦可使血压升高,将其微量注入下丘脑后核10μg亦可便血压升高,与等容量生理盐水组比较有显著性,结果初步表明P─F11对心血管系统具有外周和中枢作用。
The pseudogisnoside F11(10 mg mL-1 )extracted
from the panax quinquefoliumsaponin(PQS) increased Bp,LVSP and±dp/dtmax,of anesthetized
rats significantly. When p-F11was injected into lateral ventricle and posterior hypothalamic
nucleus,it elevated blood pressure of ratssignificantly in comparison with that of saline control
group.These results indicated that p-F11 hadeffect on both cardiovascular center perphery.
