Receptors in red nucleus concerning its regulatory effect on cardiovascular activities

摘要 本文在46只Wistar大鼠上证明向红核(RN)内注射微量γ──氨基丁酸(GABA)和5──羟色胺(5HT)均能通过抑制RN,使心血管活动减弱:血压(BP)降低,心率(HR)减慢(P<0.05);印防己毒素(PTX)能有效地拮抗GABA对RN的抑制效应(P<0.05);而多巴胺(DA)则仅有降低BP作用(P<0.05),对HR无明显影响(P>0.05)。结果表明,RN能感受脑内GABA、5HT和DA等递质系统活动的变化,对心血管活动进行紧张性调控。 In order to find the possible transmitting receptors in RN concerning its regulatory ef-fect on the cardiovascular activities the experiments were done by the method of injecting drugs intoRN in 46 Wistar rats. We found that y──aminobutyric acid(GABA)and 5──hydroxytryptamine(5HT)could decrease BP(P<0.01)and retard HR(P<0.05 ),picrotoxin(PTX)could antagonizepowerfully the inhibitory effects elicited by GABA(P<0.01),while dopamine(DA ) only decreasedBP(P<0. 01 ) but did not influence HR. These results showed that RN could accept the messagesfrom GABA,5HT and DA transmitting systems in the brain,and exert tonic regulatory role in the cardiovascular activities.
