摘要
本工作以３２Ｐ标记的大鼠心钠素ｃＤＮＡ为探针，应用斑点杂交和Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ杂交的方法，检测了大鼠鼻粘膜与脑组织中心钠素基因转录水平。结果表明鼻粘膜也是心外心钠素基因表达组织之一，其表达水平与脑组织相似。
Using 32P
labeled rat’s ANFcDNA as probe,the ANF gene transcripts in nasal mu-cosa and brain tissue of
rats were examined by dot blot and Northern blot hybridization. The resultsshowed that nasal
mucosa was one of the extra cardiac tissues which could express ANF gene and theexpression
level resembled that in brain tissue.
