摘要
本文应用氨基酸自动分析仪对牛血蛋白水解物进行了分析。结果表明，牛血蛋白水解物中含有天门冬氨酸等１６种氨基酸，总量约为７３％，其中亮氨酸等７种人体必需氨基酸的含量约为３３％，占氨基酸总量的４５％，为开发利用牛血蛋白水解物提供了科学依据。
Bovine blood protcin
hydrolysate was analyzed by means of amino acid analyser. Theresults showed that it contained
16 kinds of anino acids such as Asp,etc,making up 73%of the totalcontent.Among them,7 kinds of
essential amimo acids such as Leu,etc,constituted 33%of the totalcontent,and it was 45%of total
amino acids.Thus it provided scientific basis for exploitation and uti-lization of bovine blood
protein hydrolysaqte.
