硒、维生素E缺乏对大鼠胰岛体密度、数密度、平均体积的影响

Effects of selenium and vitamin E deficiency on the Vv,Nv,V in islets of rats

体视学定量分析的结果表明，饲予低硒饲料（含硒量＜０．００７ｍｇ／ｋｇ．ｄｉｅｔ）引起大鼠胰岛体密度、平均体积下降，血清胰岛素、Ｃ肽水平降低，提示低硒可引起胰岛β细胞结构与功能损害。在饲料中补一定剂量硒和（或）维生素Ｅ（ＶＥ）明显改善了胰岛有关形态学参数及功能状态，表明硒和ＶＥ对胰岛细胞具有良好的保护作用。

The secretory function of βcell and the Vv(volume density),Nv(number density),-V(average volume) of islets in the rats fed on low一selenium diet and effects of selenium and vitamin Eon those were studied. The main resuits demonstrated that the contents of insulin and CP in serum aswell as the Vv,V of islets in these rats statistically decreased and the diets supplemented with eitherselenium(0.2mg/kg)or vitamin E(500 mg/kg)or with the both caused the increase in Vv,V of islets,in the contents of insulin,and in CP of serum obviously. The study also suggested that seleniumand vitamin E might have an important role in protecting B cells of islets.
