不同培养条件对小鼠脾脏成克隆基质祖细胞（CFU一F）集落形成的影响

Effect of different culture conditions on the splenic CFU一F colony forming in mice

本文观察到脾脏ＣＦＵ一Ｆ集落形成受滋养骨髓细胞数、血清浓度及脾细胞数的影响。优选脾ＣＦＵ一Ｆ最佳培养条件为２０％小牛血清、滋养骨髓细胞数为每孔３×ｌ０６，脾细胞数为每孔４×１０５。

The effects of FSC and BMC on the colony一forming ratio of CFU一F in vitro wereobserved. The results suggested that the colony一forming ratio of CFU一F was markedlyenhancedbyFSCand BMC respectively, Furthermorc,the best colony一forming conditions of CFU一F were thatthe concentration of FSC was 20%,the number of BMC per square centimetre was 5× l05,and theconcentration of splenocytes was 4. 0× 105 per hole.
