摘要
本研究应用小鼠骨髓细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)试验,研究了人参根总皂甙(GRS)的诱变性及对诱变剂造成遗传损伤的保护作用。结果证明,GRS本身无诱变性,且对诱变剂诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞的SCE值有明显的降低作用,即有抗诱变性。
In this dissertation,the
protective action of GRS on genetic damage and it’s mutatiininduced by mutagens in marrow
cells of mice was studied by sister chromatid exchage (SCE)test.Theresults demonstrated that
GRS itself did not present mutation. And GRS showed an obvious reducingeffect on SCE induced
by mutagen in bone marrow cells of mice.
