摘要
经研究发现亚急粒细胞白血病细胞形态较为特殊。各种组化染色阳性物质呈团块状且位于核的凹陷处；电镜下易发现特殊的包含体。临床病程较Ｍ＿２ａ长，发病缓渐，易发生神经系统等髓外浸润。核型分析有ｔ（８；２１），常伴有性染色体丢失。免疫表型分析符合为分化较好的粒细胞白血病；有ＡＭＬ＿１－ＥＴＯ融合基因。在我国年发病率为０．１９４／１０￣５。
n review of 127 cases of Leukemia in 1959,we found out that 12 of
them are with peculiarmorphological findings. They were called Subacute myelogenous
leukemia and M_2b later on.Sincethen we have studied some similar cases and found that
except for the morphologicalcharacteristics,they have specific
clinical,cytochemical,ultrastructural,cytogenetic,immunophenotypic and oncogenic
manifestations,The yearly incidence in China is 0.194/10￣6.The significance of identification of
this kind of leukemia is discussed.
