摘要
对应用卡介苗免疫疗法（免疗）结合化疗取得完全缓解（ＣＲ）后复发之急性白血病患者２４例，继续以免疗加化疗再诱导缓解，就其经解率进行疗效观察。其中急淋１３例，急非淋１１例，符合难治性病例者１４例。治疗结果ＣＲ２０例、ＣＲ率８３．３０％。难治性病例ＣＲ１０例、ＣＲ率７１．４％。对照文献，单纯化疗对复治病例的ＣＲ率通常急淋＜７５％，急粒２５～５０％，说明免疗可以提高急性白血病复发病例的再缓解率。
24 cases of relapsed acute
leukemia(AL)who had priviously been treated byimmunotherapy with BCG and chemotherapy
for achieveing a complete remission(CR)and hadbeen given 2 to 3 theraputic courses of
consolidation,then vaccinated BCG alone,were treatedwith combination of immunotherapy and
chemotherapy. The patients includes 13 ALL and 11ANLL,17 male and 7 female, and ranged
from 16 to 67 in age, and 14 of them are refractorycases.The regiments of chemotherapy in ALL
and ANLL were VDCP,VDLP,EA,HD-MTX and DA,HA,EA,HD-Arc-c respectively,according to the
conditions of patients.BCG wasvaccinated by intradermic injection around the two sides of
Zusanli acupuncture points. The doseof BCG vaccination for each time was 0.2ml～0.
3ml(every 1ml contains 0.75mg of T.B.bacteria)once a week.The results showed that 20 cases
of them achieved CR(83.3%),and therate of CR was higher than that reported in the literature,We
considered that theimmunotherapy with BCG can increase the rate of CR in relapsed AL.
