摘要
比较了自体外周血干细胞移植中rhGM-CSF、rhG-CSF和四氢叶酸作干细胞动员剂的动员效果,以及经三种动员剂动员后的外周血干细胞冷冻后回收率和回输后的造血重建时间。结果表明,在干细胞采集量和造血重建方面,三种动员剂的疗效依次为rhG-CSF、rhGM-CSF和四氢叶酸。回输经rhG-CSF动员后采集的外周血干细胞可使粒系、巨核系造血重建时间缩短,因而可减少抗生素应用时间和血小板输注次数。
We compared the effect of rhG-CSF、
rhGM-CSF and folinic acid on mobilizing stem cells inautologous peripheral stem cell
transplantation。The initial results showed that rhG-CSF groupwas the best on collecting stem
cells,rhGM-CSF group the second, and folinic acid group thethird.The amounts of stem cell were

rhGM-CSF and folinic acid groups.
