摘要
为加强光纤系统在强脉冲核辐射与电磁干扰场中应用的可靠性,针对光纤系统中的激光二极管模拟光发射机,从理论和实验上进行了研究和探索。实验表明,激光二极管光发射机具有较强的抗辐照干扰能力,无扰动γ注量率为8x1017/s·cm2;有效的电磁屏蔽也可使它在6x104V/m的空间电磁干扰场中正常工作。
With the aim of improving the reliability of optical fibre system in the application of intense transient nuclear and electromagnetic radiations,we have researched theoretically and experimentally on LD analog optical transmitters.The experimental results show that the transmitter is capable of resistant radiation and can work properly at gamma dose rate of 8x10~17/s.cm^2. Efficient electromagnetic shield can also make the device work properly in space EMP field of 6x10~4/m.
