摘要
提出一种新型弱光位敏探测器。总结了该器件理论分析设计，给出了实验结果，并与传统光电倍增管比较了优缺点。
The theoretics analyses and design of a new low light level sensing placement detector are summarized.The experiment results are given.Their advantages and faults compared to photoelectric multiplier are carried out.
