摘要
通过对多路并行输出的高帧速自扫描光电二极管面阵(SSPA)的研究,分析了影响面阵帧速和响应度的主要因素。设计并制作出32×32位多路并行输出的SSPA实验样品。其性能参数为:FPS(帧速)≤2000帧/秒时,Vos(最大输出电压)=240mV,R(响应度)=1.09V·1x-1·s-1;FPS=10000帧/秒时,Vos=150mV;FPS=15000帧/秒时,Vos=100mV。
By Studying the high frame rate self-scanning photodiode area array(SSPA) with parallel video output,the main factors which affect the frame rate and response of SSPA are analysed.The experimental sample SSPA with 32×32 multiplexed parallel video output has been designed and fabricated.The testing results are :when the frame rate FPS≤2000F/s,the saturated video output voltage Vos=240mV,the response R=1.09V.1x.s-1;when FPS = 10 000F/s,Vos = 150mV;when FPS= 15 000F/s,Vos=100mV.
