摘要
制备了以聚(2,5-二丁氧基对苯乙炔)为发光层物质的电致发光器件,研究了器件的发光性能,并对器件的电流-电压、亮度-电压特性进行了研究。器件发光密度受偏置电压的影响。起亮电压为12V,器件寿命达5h。
The electroluminescence devices based on poly(2,5-dibutoxy pphenelyene vinylene) have been fabricated. The luminescent properties of devices is investigated. We have also studied the current-voltage and brightness-voltage characte-ristics.The intensity of light-emitting is affected by the voltage applied. The lifetime of the device is up to 5 hours and has a turn-on voltage(dc) at nearly 12V.
