电刺激膈神经中枢端引起降压反应的外周机理 被引量:1

摘要 电刺激麻醉家兔膈神经中枢端可引起动脉血压下降,此降压反应不能被剪断双侧迷走神经所阻断;但可被静脉注射心得安1.0mg/kg部分阻断;也可被静脉注射酚妥拉明2.0mg/kg部分阻断,去除缓冲神经后其降压效应更为明显.结果表明:膈神经的传入纤维参与血压调节,其降压反应与迷走神经无关,而与α受体和β受体功能有关. The electrostimulation of the central ends of phrenic nerves elicited the depressor re-sponse in 24 anesthetized rabbits.The depressor response couldn't be inhibited by bilateral vago-tomy,but it would partly be inhibited by intravenous injection of phentolamine(2mg/kg) or by in-travenous injection of propranolol(lmg/k.By sinoaortic denervation,the depressor response be-came more obvious.These results indicate that phrenic afferents play a role in the regulation ofthe cardiovascular activities.The mechanism of depressor response probably relates to a receptorand β receptor,but this response has no relation to vagus.
