摘要
大鼠于低温暴露后血及肝脏组织中LPO含量显著升高,而GSH-Px和SOD活性明显下降。冷暴露动物饲料中加入一定量的VE可明显改善上述指标的变化,接近于室温下正常对照组水平,表明vE可通过其抗脂质过氧化作用,提高机体的耐寒力。
Changes of lipid peroxides(LPO)content,activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in blood and liver of rats with vitamin E incorporated intothe feed were determined after cold exposure to observe their effects。 LPO content markedly in- creased,but the activities of GSH-Px and SOD decreased significantly,Vitamin E could make theabove values close to levels of the control group。 Vitamin E might enhance rat tolerance to coldthrough anti-lipid peroxidation。
