摘要
本文观察了不同年龄大鼠体内脂质过氧化物(LPO)及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果显示:大鼠随年龄增长,血浆及肝、脑组织中LPO含量升高。红细胞中SOD活性下降。但喂饲核桃仁3个月后的老龄大鼠与对照组相比,LPO含量下降(P<0.05),SOD活性增高(P<0.05),肝、脑组织匀浆体外培养,加核桃仁试管中的LPO明显低于对照组(P<0.01),提示核桃仁确有一定的抗氧化作用.
The level of plasma and brain lipid peroxide in old rats increased and activity of su-peroxide dismutase reduced.The level of lipid peroxide in old rats by oral administration of wal- nut l0g/kg perday for three months was lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).Theactivity of superoxide dismutase was higher than that of the control group(P<O.05).The re-sults showed that walnut had antagonistic effects on lipid peroxidation。
