妇科肿瘤术后肠梗阻29例分析

ANALYSIS OF POSTOPERATIVE INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION OF 29 CASES WITH GYNECOLOGIC NEOPLASMS

经手术治疗２８９０例妇瘤患者术后一月内发生肠梗阻２９例，均为粘连型．２４例保守治疗好转，５例绞窄．绞窄５例中３例手术治疗好转，２例保守治疗死亡．提示纹窄型肠梗阻非手术不可治愈．本文集中讨论对绞窄型肠梗阻的认识和当机立断的处理方法．

Of 2890 patients with gynecologic neoplasm treated by surgery 29 developed intesti-nal obstruction in one month after operation and the intestinal obstructions were all of adhesiontype. 24 of the patients were cured by conservativetherapy;5 of them developed strangulatio;3of the 5 patients were cured by operation and 2 died by canservative therapy. This suggested thatstrangulation necessitate operation. In this article,we discuss the pathgenesis,disgnosis,treatmentand prophylaxis of the postoperative intestinal obstruction.
