摘要
膈神经是一混合神经,电刺激其中枢端可引起动脉血压下降.在降压反应发生后1min,取静脉血测血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(ANGⅡ)水太平降低(P<0.05),肾神经传出放电减少(P<0.01).
The electrostimulation of the central ends of phrenic nerves elicited the depressor re-sponse in anesthetized rabbits. The depressor response was accompanied by a significant inhibitionof the angiotensin Ⅱ(ANG Ⅱ)and renal nerve discharge(RND).These results indicate that thephrenic afferents play a role in the regulation of arterial blood pressure.
