黄芩等16种中药对阴道加德纳菌的抗菌作用

SUSCEPTIBILITY TESTING OF GARDNERELLA VAGINALIS TO TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINES

本文选用１６种抗感染中草药，制备成含生药１ｇ／ｍｌ的药液，对１０株阴道加德纳菌（ＧＶ）以管碟法进行体外抑菌试验．结果表明ＧＶ菌对黄芩高度敏感；对大黄、丁香、黄连、虎杖、使君子、贯众、蒲公英、黄柏、白头翁、苦参等为中度敏感．用管碟法评价中草药的抗菌作用较为简便．本文为深入研究和临床应用中草药治疗细菌性阴道病提供启示．

Sixteen varieties traditional chinese medicines were selected and extracted with purewater to make a concoction of lg/ml. Ten strains of Gardnerella vaginalis were used to determinetheir susceptibility in-vitro with steel tube-plate method. The results demonstrated that G. vagi-nalis was only sensitive to the extract of Scutellaria baicalensis with a inhibition zone of 23mm indiameter and was moderate sensitive to the extract of Rheum palmatum,Syzygium aromatictium,Coptis chinensia,Polygonum cuapidatum,Quisquales indica,Matteuccia struthiopteris,Taraxacummongolecum,Phellodendron amurense,Pulsatilla chiensis and Sophora flaveseens etc. with a in-hibition zone of 11～18mm in diameter. It showed that the steel tube- plate method was convenientfor screening of the traditional chinese medicines in-vitro. The results can serve as a reference forthe treatment of bacterial vaginosis with traditional chinese medicine in the clinic.
