急性梗阻性左半结肠癌一期手术切除(附34例临床分析)

PRIMARY RESECTION OF ACUTE OBSTRUCTING CARCINOMA OF THE LEFT COLON

本文报道３４例左半结肠癌并发急性梗阻采用一期切除吻合术的治疗体会．本组发生吻合口漏２例（５．９％），手术死亡３例（８．８％），治疗效果满意，作者认为在条件许可的情况下，应尽可能施行一期切除吻合术．本文还就一期切除吻合术的适应症和吻合口漏的预防进行讨论．

Experience of treatment with primary resection with anastomosis in 34 cases with a-cute obstructing carcinoma of the left colon was reported.The incidence of anastomotic leakagewas 5.9%;the operative mortality 8.8%.The authors consider that primary resection with anas-tomosis should be performed in patients with obstructing carcinoma of the left colon if conditioiispermit.The indication of primary resection with anastomosis and the prevention of anastomoticleakage were also discussed in the paper.
