摘要
体内实验表明，青蒿琥酯５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ及１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（ｉ．ｐ，ｑｄ×６ｄ）能显著抑制正常小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性和ＡＤＣＣ活性。体外试验表明，１．３０×１０－５～２．６０×１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ青蒿琥酯能剂量依赖性抑制小鼠脾细胞ＮＫ活性，２．６０×１０－９～２．６０×１Ｏ－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ青蒿琥酯对小鼠脾细胞ＮＫ活性无显著影响。
Influences of artesunate on natural killer(NK)cell activity and antibody-dependentcell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) in normal mice were investigated. When artesunate (1.30 ×10-5mol/L～2.60×10-4mol/L)was added into the splenocyte culture in vitro,the NK activitywas inhibited in a concentration-dependent manner. When artesunate given intraperitoneally atdoses of 50mg/kg or 100mg/kg(qd×6d),decreases of NK and ADCC activities were observed.The mechanisms of immunological action of artesunate are discussed.
