卡莫氟联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌Ⅱ期临床观察

TREATMENT OF ADVANCED BREAST CANCER PHASEⅡWITH CARMOFUR

本文对以卡莫氟为主的联合化疗方案与米托蒽醌联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌进行了Ⅱ期临床对比研究，总有效率分别为５０％（４／８）及４４．４％（４／９）．治疗过程中毒副反应均多限于Ⅰ～Ⅱ度，患者可以耐受。卡莫氟组药疹发生率为２５％（２／８），口服抗过敏药物可控制其发展。

A comparative study on treatment of advanced breast cancer with Carmofur (1-Hexylcarbamoy1-5-fluorouracil,HCFU)or Mitoxantrone(MxT) in combining other drugs werereported in this article. The overall response rate was 50%(4/8) and 44.4%(4/9),respectively.The side-effcet of these drugs were may well tolerable to the patient. Drug rashs appeared in 25%(2/8)of the cases,and could all be controlled by anti-histamine drugs.
