Effects of 23 cases carcinomatous chested and celiac exudate on mice lymphocytetransformation and IL-2 production by MTT methods in vitro are described. The results showedthat carcinomatous chested and celiac exudate can significantly inhibit lymphocyte transformationand IL-2 production. The date obtained suggest that immunological suppression substance existsin carcinomatous chested and celiac exudate.
