hrough the observation of the branch,way,supply,and important pathway of the ra-mi dorsalis nervi lumbales,the similar observation results were confirmed,some insufficien-cy was replenished,some conclusions have been corrected ,the regional blocked anaestheticpoint concerned with the diagnosis and treatment was designed and orientated.According tothe deterrnination conceri1ed,the tendency of the reginoal construction damage and the roleof the rami dorsales nervi lumbales in relieving the pain in the waist and the back was ap-praised so that the way possibly followed in the diagnosis and treatment has been pointed out.
