摘要
应用圆形分布法,对包头市1954年至1991年麻疹的平均发病高峰期进行了分析。38年来虽然麻疹发病率呈下降趋势,但都存在着发病高峰期(P<0.01)。且未使用麻疹疫苗的1954-1964年平均发病高峰期为3月12日,使用麻疹疫苗实施预防接种的1965-1979年平均发病高峰期为4月6日,实施计划免疫的1980-1991年平均发病高峰期为4月24日,发病高峰明显后移(P<0.01)。

of measles from 1954 to 1991 has been analysedwith circle-shapped
method,There are height periods of the iincidence(p<0.1),though
theincidence of measles has shown a tendency to drop during the past
thirty-eight years.An average height pe-riod of the incidence from
1954to 1964is 12th,May without inoculating measles vaccine. An
average height pe-riod of incidence from 1965to 1979is 6th, Apirl
with inoculating measles vaccine. An average height periodof he
incidence from 1980 to1991 with imtnunity of plan is
24th,Apirl.Therefore the period has put keen offobviously.
