摘要
在0.10mol·L ̄(-1)盐酸-0.40mol·L ̄(-1)六次甲基四胺-5.0×10 ̄(-3)mol·L ̄(-1)邻菲啉-5.0×10 ̄(-3)mol·L ̄(-1)硫氰酸钾底液中用示波极谱法测定铅的方法,峰电位为-0.70V(VS,SCE)左右,线性范因为0.04-1.6μg·ml ̄(-1),检出限为0.008μg·ml ̄(-1)。该方法简便、快速、选择性好,直接应用于人发中铅的测定;变异系数为2.4-5.9%;样品加标回收率为97.4-105%。
n this stady,a method for the determination of lead
in a supporting solution of 0.10mol·L ̄(-1) hydrochloric
acid,0.40mol·L ̄(-1) hexamethylenc teramine,5.0×10 ̄(-3)mol·L ̄
(-1) ophenan-throlene and5.0×10 ̄(-3)mol·L ̄(-1) potassium
thiocyanate by oscillopolarograph has been estab-lished.The peak
potential of lead is-0.70V(vs. SCE)or so.Linear relationship is
shownbetween the peak height and concentration in range of 0.04~
1.6ug·ml ̄(-1) for lead.The de-tection limit is 0.008ug·ml ̄(-1).
This method is simple,rapid and has good selectivity.Thismethod can
be used for direct determination of lead in human hair sarnple,the
coefficient ofvariation is 2.4~5.9%,the added recoverv is 97.4~
105%.
