包头市区蒙、汉族老年人患病情况分析

A Study on the Illness-suffering Conditions of the Aged from Both Mongol and Han Nationality in Baotou

对包头市区５１９名蒙、汉族老年人的慢性病患病情况进行了调查，总患病率为７９．３８％，男性患病率为７７．７８％，女性患病率为８１．６９％。居前五位的慢性病患病率顺位依次为心脏病（３７．６７％），风湿性关节炎（２６．４０％），高血压（２６．２０％），慢性肺病（１９．６５％），慢性肾病（７．１３％）。不同民族、性别、年龄、文化程度间的患病率均无显著性差异。

n investigation of the suffering conditons of the senile chornic dicease has been con-ducted among 519 old people from both Mongol and Han nationality in Baotou.It is shownthat the total sickness rate is 79.38%,sickness rate for the male is 77.78%,and 81.69%forthe female. There is much difference in the sickness rate among the different diseases.Amongthe first five places are,respectively,heart disease(37.67%),rheumatic arthritis(26.40%),hypertension(26.20%),chronic pneumonia(19.65%),chronic nephrosis(7.13%).It is indi-cated that there is no remarkable difference between the nationalities,sexe5,among the agesand deucational levels.
