^Researches on Fault Diagnosis System in Producing Process of A Single Face Corrugated Board Machine

首先介绍了单面瓦楞纸板机生产中常出现的故障诊断技术的基本内容，然后指出了单纯基于数据处理的各种传统诊断方法的缺点，进而探讨了专家系统方法用于系统故障诊断的基本原理及其优越性，并概括介绍了ＳＣＲ直流调速装置的故障诊断专家系统─ＳＣＳＤ以及ＳＣＳＤ的功能、特点及其模拟故障诊断实验结果。最后，探讨了专家系统方法用于包装机械工业生产中故障诊断的应用前景。

First, base contents of fault diagnosis technique in producing process of a single face corrugated board machine are discribed. Second the defect of all kinds of classical diagnosis methods which are only based on data processing.technique are pointed out further more the pcinciple and advantages of expert system used for system fault dignosis are studied, and a fault diagnosis expert system--SCSD and its Function, Property and result of a series of analog fault diagnosis test are also introduced. Final, some application Prospects of fault diagnosis in packaging machine industry produce are approched
