摘要
曲柄摇杆机构是包装机械中应用甚广的机构,在按已知行程速比系数K和摇杆摆角ψ设计时,其最佳的受力条件应使最小工作行程传动角为最大。对曲柄摇杆机构最小工作行程传动角的求法进行了研究,并按最小工作行程传动角为最大编制了优化设计程序,该程序使用方便、快速、设计结果最佳。
rank-rocker mechanism is wide used in packaging machine,the best forced condition is the minimum transmission angle being largest when designing according speed ration K and swing angle of rocker ψ. In this paper,the method of calculating the minimun transmission angle is given, the optimization program is given and the program is convenient,quick, the product is best.
