包装机械故障诊断的新方法──专家系统

A New Method for Faul Diagnosisin Packaging Machine-Expert System

本文首先介绍了包装机械中的裹包机在生产中常出现的故障诊断技术的基本内容，然后指出了单纯基于数据处理的各种传统诊断方法的缺点，进而探讨了专家系统方法用于系统故障诊断的基本原理及其优越性，并概括介绍了机械手电气故障的专家诊断系统以及它的功能、特点及其模拟故障诊断试验的实验结果。最后，本文探讨专家系统方法用于包装机械工业生产中故障诊断的应用前景。

In this paper some of fundamentals of fault diagnosis technique for bindpackaging machine of packaging machineproduce,Then the common disadvantage ofall kinds of treaditional diagnosis methods,which are only based on date processingtechnique are pointed out,and further morethe prinlciple and advantages of exprert system used if or system fault diagnosis arestudied and proposed the summary functions,characteriatics of an exper diagnosticsystem for electrical fault of manipulatorsand results of a series of analog fault diagnosis tests in packaging machine. Industryproduce prospects of expert system as a newmethod of system fault diagnosis,are pointed out.
