以石灰石粉、粘土粉、石英粉和硅微粉作为固体填料，以水溶性有机粘合剂作为结合剂，以三聚磷酸钠作为分散剂，研制开发出来的连铸结晶器用密封涂料，具有施工方便、粘着力强、使用性能好等优点。经过在宝钢连铸生产中长期使用，证明其安全可靠，有效地防止了开浇时钢水的泄漏。
