摘要
对离心泵运转时泵内液体压强的变化状况作了分析.应用伯努利方程式导出离心泵允许安装高度的基本计算式,并对离心泵样本中的允许吸上真空度HS的试验条件以及同一型号离心泵的HS值与该泵流量的关系作了说明.在此基础上,将离心泵允许安装高度的基本计算式转化为通用计算式,以适应化工生产中输送不同液体以及不同的操作条件.最后,本文还讨论了离心泵允许安装高度和允许汽蚀余量的关系.
his paper analyses the pressure change in centrifugal pump when it is running.The basic computational formula of allowable installing height was derived by using Bernoulli equation. The experimental conditions under which the net suction vacuum Hs is measured are explained and so is the relation between Hs and flow capacity for same type of centrifugal pumps. On the basis if this study,the author turned the basic computational formula into a general one in order to be used in chemical plants for different conditions and transporting different liquids.Finally,the relation between the allowable installing height and net positive suction head is discussed.
