中国现阶段体育社会结构分化和整合的社会学阐释

Sociological Interpretation of Disintegration and Reorganization of Structure of Sport Society of China in Current Stage

当今中国改革中所实现的社会结构的分化和整合，给体育的社会结构带来重要的影响，体育必须实现同步的改革。体育的改革必须把调整国家和社会的关系作为体育改革的目标之一。在体育界实行“双轨制”是行不通的。在当今社会结构分化的过程中，体育社会目标出现了多元化的趋势，固有的利益群体产生了分化，体育作为政治整合工具的作用正在开始消退，竞技体育金字塔的结构发生了变化，社区体育的出现，标志着群众体育的“单位”所有制的逐渐解体。在当今的分化中出现的“商业化”倾向，是不利于体育发展的根本利益的。适应市场经济的新的整合力量不足的问题也应引起重视。

The disintegration and reorganization of China's social structure caused in rofor, brought about vi-tal influence to the structure of sport society. Synchronized reform of China'S sport is necessary, one of whose targets is to adjust the relations between the state and the society. It is unrealistic to implement double track system in the world of sport. During the process of disintegration of social structure, a plura1istic tendency ap-peared with the targets of sport society and inherent interest groups were broken up. The function of sports as political machine was beginning to weaken, and the pyramid structure of competitive sports has changed. The emergence of community sports represented gradualebreak up of the system of ownership by 'institution'. The tendency of commericialization in the current disintegration is unfavourable to the fundamental interest of the development of sport. The insufficiency of new power for reorganization suitable for market economy should be duly considered.
