摘要
本文通过模拟试验,研究了无钟炉顶高炉料流调节阀在卸料过程中,炉料批重、粒度等诸因素对料流速度的影响,并以此建立炉料流动特性的数学模型,开发料流调节阀的重量控制模式,实现料流均衡运动,这对高炉冶炼具有十分重要的现实意义。
Based on the simulation experiment,the effect of batch weight and particle size of the furnace charge on the burden flow is investigated during burden distribution by flow control gate(FCG) on bell-less BF top.Thus the mathematical model for burden flow characteristics is set up,and the weight control model for FCG is developed to get a more even flow rate.This research is of much importance for IF ironmaking.
