摘要
钢铁冶金过程中,钢水温度以及工艺过程时间的控制非常重要。它直接反映了一个冶金工厂的生产技术管理水平。本文以1993年12月现场采集的转炉-精炼-连铸工艺过程的温度与时间数据为基础,分析了钢水温度时间的控制水平,并提出了一些改进对策,以促进连铸中间包温度命中率的提高。
It is very important to control the temperature-time relation in iron and steel metallurgical process, which is a reflection of the level of production management and technology of a metallurgical plant.Based on the data of temperature and time from LD-Refining-CC process at worksite,the control level of the temperature and time of molten steel is analysed,and some measures for improvement are put forward to enhance the hitting rate of molten steel temperature in continuous casting tundish.
