Suggestions on the Pulverized Coal Injection Designment for Bao Steel BF Nol

宝钢１号高炉即将停炉大修，值此开展喷煤设计之际，作者对设计中的几个主要问题作了分析和探讨。提出了用并列式喷吹罐、主管加分配器的方式喷吹单种烟煤、吨铁喷煤量为２００～２５０ｋｇ、富氧率为６％等的设计设想。

As Bao Steel BF No. 1 will be shut down for overhauling and the pulverized coal injection will be newly designed, some key problems need further investigation and analysis. It is suggested that single bituminite injection using parellel injection reservoir and main pipe with distributor will be adopted to reach the injection value of 200￣200kg per tonne iron and oxygen enrichment rate of 6 %.
