摘要
本文介绍了宝钢三期工程１５８０ｍｍ热轧带钢轧机工厂的概况、工艺流程、轧制线主要设备及布置特点等，以及所采用的主要新技术：热送热装并预留直接轧制、定宽压力机、双交叉辊轧机、在线磨辊装置，主传动用交流电动机及大功率ＧＴＯ元件，数字化控制技术，三级计算机控制系统等。
An introduction is made herewith to the 1580mm hot rolling millfor project phase III of Bao Steel,including the mill outline,technological flow,major facilities along the line and their layout characteristics, together with some newtechnologies such as hot delivery and hot charging and reserved posibility for directrolling, width size press .double crossed roller mill and on──line roll grinding device,AC electric motor for main drive and great power GTO components,digital control,three──level computer control system, etc.
