摘要
本文从热力学角度论证了COREX炉顶煤气联合循环发电的可行性,选定了年产80万t铁的C2000型COREX炉顶煤气联合循环发电系统方案,提出了COREX炉顶煤气联合循环模拟计算方法和程序。计算结果表明,联合循环装置燃用两座C2000型COREX炉顶煤气能满足整个北仑钢厂用电和蒸汽的需要。
The feasibility of power generation burning COREX export gasin combined cycle plants is proved in respect of thermodynamics and its arrangement for C2000 model with annual capacity of 800,000t is chosen by comparing possible configurations. A method of simulated calculation and its computer programfor which is given out. The calculated results show .that the export gas from the twoC2000 model COREX plants can meet the needs for steam and electricity of entireBeilun Steel Works.
