摘要 铁谱分析存在定量不准确、定性不确定和分析通过能力不足的三大问题,分析通过能力不足的原因之一就是制取铁谱片的时间较长。本文以提高制做铁谱片的流油样速度来缩短制谱时间,讨论了提高制谱速度对谱片上磨粒沉积状态的影响。 There are three deficiencies in ferrography, i.e.,inaccuracy in quantitative analysis,indefinite qualitative analysis and slow analysis speed.The one of reasons of slow analysis speed is that it takes a very long time to make a ferrogram.This paper puts forward to shorten time through raising the speed of ferrogram making,discusses the influence of particles deposit on ferrograms for raising the speed of ferrogram making.
