摘要
磁流体密封是一种新技术。由于它具有许多独特的优点,所以发展非常迅速。国外从70年代初期开始研究,至今有关磁性流体密封件已商品化,正广泛应用于工业生产中,而我国这项技术刚起步.本文论述了磁流体密封装置的密封原理、耐压公式、基本结构及该密封中的一些技术问题;从Navier-tokes方程的 一般形式出发,推导出磁流体旋转密封的耐压公式:
Ferromagnetic fluid seal is a new technology.Because it has a lot of particular advantages,so it develops rapidly.Ferromagnetlc fluid seal is studied in the foreign countries in 1970's,now the seal spares are commercialized and have been widely used in industry.But in our country,it is just studied.In the article,the authors discuss the seal principle of the devices of ferromagnetic fluid seal,the equation of anti-pressure,the basic construction and some technical questions in the seal,From the general form of Narier-Stakes equation,the anti-pressure equation of revolving seal of ferromagnetic fluid is derived.
