摘要
针对矿井提升机在减速段和爬行段的控制,分析了交交无环流变频器─异步电机系统的牵引、再生运行及其转换。给出了基于检测晶闸管端电压方法的负载电流过零检测电路,使变频器输出功率因数角随负载运行状态而改变,达到实时、可靠的控制目的,在大功率、低速可逆传动系统中有较好的应用前景。
The traction and regenerative braking operations of mine hoist fed by noncirculating current cycloconverter at its speed-down and crawl stage are analyzed in this paper. The load current zero-detect circuit based on detecting voltage of thyristor make the output power factor vary with different operations on load. The real-time and reliable control method with high efficiency has a good application prospect in high power, low-speed and invertible drive system.
