摘要
本文研究了落叶松硫酸盐浆在不同浓度组合打浆中的行为。首先使浆料在PFI磨中以较高浓度(10%、15%、20%、25%、30%)打浆,再继之以低浓(6%)打浆。结果表明,组合打浆较单段打浆获得良好的强度发展,改善了落叶松硫酸盐浆的抄造性能,大幅度地降低了能耗,尤以先15%再6%的浓度组合打浆效果最佳。
The response of the Larch kraft pulp to the combined refining at the different consistency have been studied. Pulp was beaten in the PFI MILL at first in higher consistency (10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%) then in lower consistency (6%). The properties of the pulp and handsheets have been tested under standard conditions. Fibers beaten over a wide range of stock concentrations have been examined by the light microscope.The combined refining showed better strength development in TEA,burst and tensile than one-stage refining,only lower in tear than MCR but still higher than LCR. Because of the decreases in WRV and beating digree, the combined refining can improve the machine runability of the Larch kraft pulp at the same level of strength. Moreover it is very interesting that the increases in the strength was achieved with a large scale decrease in energy consumption by means of the combined refining.The combined refining made fibers produce a lot of internal and external fibrellations, the flexibility of fibers were increased,the cutting action on the fibers were decreased.The dispersal of the nodules which were formed by beating initially at a high stock concentration were completed by the later beating at a lower concentration, this action would have contributed to making more fibers available for interfiber bonding in the paper sheet.All in all,the experimental results showed that the response of the Larch kraft pulp to the combined refining at the different consistency is good,especially the 15%+6% is superior to others.
