摘要
在比较了多种碱性染料后选乙基紫制成了乙基紫——鹅脱氧胆酸溶于辛醇的液膜电极和该活性物与季铵——胆酸按3∶1混合制成的混合液膜电极。前者在1×10^(-4)—5×10^(-3)mol·L^(-1)间对鹅脱氧胆酸根有Nernst响应,后者线性下限可扩展到3×10^(-5)mol·.L^(-1)。灵敏度有这样高的同类电极尚无报导.电极对脱氧胆酸根、甘氨鹅脱氧胆酸根等胆汁酸根也有响应,亦可单独测量之。将电极应用于ca^(2+)与鹅脱氧胆酸结合情况的测定及胆汁酸盐CMC的测量等方面,获得了一定的成功,但电极的PVC化试验结果不理想.
Chenodeoxycholate-selective liquid membrane electrodes based on ethyl violet chenodeoxycholate in octanol and a mixture of it and octyldecyldimethylbenzylammonium cholate have been prepared. These electrodes exhibited Nernstian response to chenodeoxycholate frvn 1*10-4to 5*10-3 mol/L and 3* 10-5mol/L to 5*10-3mol/L respectively. The later was more sensitive than the cthex electrodes for bile salt reported. These electrodes have been used to study the interaction of calcium with chenodeoxycholate,etc. The PVC-matrix electrodes for chenodeoxycholate have been prepared, but were unsuccessful.
