摘要
本文主要讨论了怎样用计算机拟合的方法来代替牵伸加捻机中传统的机械凸轮而实现锭速给定.将原机械凸轮曲线分段量化成若干点输入计算机中,计算机首先对所输入的曲线值用最高锭速和最低锭速进行线性变换,然后再用二次曲线进行平滑拟合,用拟合后的输出值代替原机械系统的输出值作为锭速控制系统的锭子速度给定信号,从而使锭速曲线的修改变得简单容易.文中给出了计算机拟合算法,分析了拟合误差.
he computer imitation of spindle speed curve in draw-twister is discussed in this paper.Traditional earn in draw--twister has many disadvantages.Using a computer to replace.the earn can make the adjustment of different products become easier.The camcurve is equally divided into many points.Each point is then linearized according to the highest spindle speed and the lowest spindle speed. The smooth spindle,curve is imitated by using quadratic curve. The imitation algorithm is given and imitation error is analysed.
