摘要
方形膜片是一种先进的敏感压力的谐振子.基于板的大挠度变形理论,建立了被测压力与谐振子固有频率的数学模型.计算、分析了谐振子的几何参数对振动特性的影响规律,得到了在给定压力量程内,对确定材料的膜片其固有频率相对零压力频率的变化率只与其边长、膜片厚的比值有关的重要结论.为设计该类谐振子提供了理论依据.
The square diaphragm is a novel pressure sensor. This paper establishes the math model between the pressure and the natural frequency for the above sensor. based on the large deflection theory of the plate. The influence of the structure parameters on the frequency characteristics was calculated and analysed. An important result that the relative frequency variation is only dependent on the ratio of the length of side to thickness of the diaphragm. was provided under the given pressure range and the definite material of the diaphragm, which presents theoritical bases for developing and designing the above novel sensor.
