山楂加工性状及去核机结构参数研究

Study on Processing Characteristics and Structure Parameters of Coring Machine of Hawthorn

从山楂的加工性状研究入手,分析提高山楂去核效率和产品质量的途径,由此选定去核机的主要结构设计参数,研制出样机并进行性能试验。试验结果表明,多刀山楂去核机的性能和加工产品的质量指标均达到了设计要求。

Based on the studying of the processing characteristics of hawthorn,the way to raise the efficiency of coring and the quality of product is analyzed and the main pa- rameters for designing coring machine are determined.A prototype machine is devel- oped and the characteristic test is carried out.The result of the test indicates that the property of the multi-blade coring machine and the quality of products can all meet the designing demands.
