摘要
对飞行器机构可靠性的特点进行了讨论,针对它的运动性质将其运动过程分为三个阶段:开锁-运动-到位锁定.构造典型机构系统三个运动阶段的失效树,并建立三个阶段的功能可靠度的一般表达式和机构系统功能可靠度的计算式.以折叠弹翼的锁定系统为例计算了折叠翼的锁定可靠度,计算结果接近试验结果.指出了在机构可靠性分析中需要关注的问题.
The features of the mechanism reliabilty of flight vehicle are discussed. In accordancewith the movement nature of mechanism. the movement process is divided into three stages:delocking-moving--locking up in position. The fault trees of the three movement stages areformed for typical mechanism system. Furthermore, the general expressions of function reliability in three stages and the formula for computing the function reliability of the wholemechanism system are established. As an example. the locking up reliability of folding missilewing is calculated.and the result is quite close to the test data. Several key points whichmust be concerned in analysis are noted.
