摘要
对降额设计及降额准则应用等有关问题进行研究，并提出在应用中对降额参数、降额因子和量值的看法，将有助于对电子和机电元器件降额使用中选择其量值等问题的处理．
Some problems of derating design and criteria are discussed.and some new points concerning the derating parameters. derating factors.and their proper levels are raised. It conduces to select the applicable levels in engineering practices. electrical. electronic. and electromechanical components.
